Mark Kohler - Secretary

Mark Kohler is a Best Selling Author, Attorney, Certified Public Accountant, Entrepreneur and Philanthropist. He has served in several non-profit organizations and is a tremendous asset to the Piccolo Foundation. Mr. Kohler has served as President and for several years on the Board of Directors for the Happy Factory, which has now delivered over 750,000 toys to needy children all over the world. Currently, he is also serving on the Board of Directors for Maya Linda, Inc., a non-profit organization with the goal of building orphanages in Guatemala other Central American countries. Mr. Kohler has served as a Board Member for the Chamber of Commerce in Cedar City, Utah. He has also served on the Valley View Health Care Foundation Board raising money for Cedar City’s own Cancer Treatment Center, serving countless patients in the Southern Utah region. However, if you ask Mark Kohler, he will tell you he is most proud of his service for the Boy Scouts of America. Mr. Kohler has served as a Scoutmaster three times and recently received the National Scoutmaster Award of Merit. He has led hundreds of boys through various levels of scouting over the past 14 years and is an Eagle Scout himself. Although Mr. Kohler’s principal occupation is that of a “tax attorney” and as a partner in the law firm Kyler Kohler & Ostermiller, LLP, and the accounting firm Kohler & Eyre, CPAs, LLP, he continues to strive to give back to his community, nation and needy children around the world.
